Fully operational. We tested with some game cards and it works great. The charging port is slightly loose but in no way hinders it from charging. The screen looks good and so does the display. Screen has light scratches. The back has some light scratches as seen in photos. The controls all seem responsive. The sound also works well. This comes with the original PS Vita 8 GB Memory Card.
